Red Dead Redemption 2 Trailer

If anyone has been watching Westworld on HBO, then they have been probably happy to see the new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer from Rockstar Games. The wild west open world concept game is coming back with a follow-up sequel and as long as they fix the suicidal horses glitch from the past game, I will definitely be on board to check out this new title.

Rest in peace, Silver.

Coming for Xbox One and Playstation 4.

First Minute from The X-Files 2016 Reboot Series

Next Sunday and Monday on Fox, The X-Files will return to the small screen for the first time since 2002. The series which had 9 seasons with 202 episodes and 2 movies (almost a third one) has not been on the air in 14 years but its fandom has never given up on the show nor its beloved actors.

Chris Carter, the series original creator, David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, Mitch Pileggi and William B. Davis will all be returning to the new series, along with newcomer, Joel Mchale.

The series will only run for 6 episodes which is sad but I am hoping this only means they are testing the waters for an audience to bring back the show on a permanent basis.

The above video is a quick preview of the first minute of the first episode. It's laced with X-Files goodness.

If you also haven't had a chance to watch the special feature "The X-Files Re-Opened" take a minute to watch this 20 minute piece about the new series. It will give you a good idea of what the new series is about without any spoilers.

I was a huge fan of this show back in the day and I still refuse to watch certain episodes of the show because they scared the hell out of me like the ones with Victor Tombs or the one with the cockroaches. I had a huge crush on Mulder and that ended after seeing David Duchovny in Californication. Seeing him naked with a big gut while he is banging some chick and then he pukes on a painting - not sexy at all. Lost my geeky love for him....

Lightsaber Duel at 2015 Fencing Senior World Championships

Two professional fencers performed a choreographed lightsaber duel at the 2015 Fencing Senior World Championships in Moscow and it was pretty cool. But it would have been a bit more impressive if the Maroon 5 music wasn't killing the mood. Someone needs to edit this video, and add some lightsaber noises and some badass music.

The Muppets Return to TV - Network Pilot Video

The Muppets are returning to prime time tv this fall via ABC and here's a first look at what was sent to ABC to convince them to put the Muppets back on the air, but it's not what the show is actually about.

The show is actually a behind the scenes show set on the background of Miss Piggy's talkshow, "Up Late with Miss Piggy". Here talkshow is a late night show which runs after Jimmy Kimmel and Kermit is Miss Piggy's Executive producer, Scooter is the talent co-coordinator, Gonzo is the head writer, along with Pepe and Rizzo, Fonzo is her sidekick on air, Bobo is the stage manager, and Sam Eagle is the broadcast standards for the network. Each Muppet basically has a role in the production of the show.

It's gonna be done in a documentary style much like The Office and feature lots of well known and old school Muppets, and lots of celebrity guests. I look forward to having my Muppets back on the small screen but I kind of wish they had done the show in the format of the original Muppet show with variety show acts.

Trailer: Galavant TV Series

Another trailer for another TV series. Sorry but I can't help myself. Galavant is a new TV series from the ABC network. It honestly looks like Once Upon a Time but with music and comedy added on top.

It follows a brave, handsome knight who has lost his mojo after losing his one true love to an evil king and his quest to get revenge. It features the acting talent of Vinny Jones (Snatch) and Timothy Omundson (Deadwood).

Trailer: Gotham TV Series

The official trailer for Gotham, the new TV series has finally hit the internet. The show which follows the rise of James Gordon from cop to commissioner, Bruce Wayne to Batman, and all of Gotham's villains from acne to Arkham inmates. From just the trailer alone, it's hard to get a sense of whether or not this show will grab the hearts of Batman fans without the actual Dark Knight gracing the screen, but I for one plan to tune into this show when it hits the airwaves to see what it will be all about.

Video of the Day: The Speech that Changed it all for me.

Last October, my husband and I decided to attend the Marineland Closing Day Protest. He wanted to support the protest and take photos for his hobby. I went along to keep him safe and support the protest too, though I was not that informed on what was going on in the park. That day I heard Phil Demers, an ex-employee of Marineland speak and what he said changed it all for me. I realized that the animals at Marineland were suffering and just like the dog I had recently lost... they had thoughts and feelings. They knew love, loyality and pain. They did not deserve to remain in that hellhole called Marineland. I hope watching this video of Phil's speech that day will change your mind like it did mine.

Video of the Day: Marineland Documentary - Into the Water

This documentary, Into the Water, sheds some light onto the real story of Marineland and what goes on behind the scenes with their animals. I have met some of the people featured in this film and believe greatly in this cause. Please watch the video and make up your own mind.
