Videogame Easter Art - Chicks, Bunnies and Eggs ... Oh My!

All from my personal collection of bead art pieces, I thought it would be fun to post all the Easter related items I've crafted over the years. From Dark World Bunny Link to the Chocobos in Final Fantasy, there are lots of Easter icons in videogames.

Even the cute little rabite reminds us of the Easter bunny a little, until it tries to eat our leg.

If you like any of the pieces you see hear, remember you can find or custom order them from my Etsy store, Pixelated Creations.

I have made some similar things for myself using pixel blocks. I was wondering what materials you used to make these? Also did you design the patterns yourself? or is there somewhere you can download patterns from.

The pixel blocks are nice but they are very expensive and I was looking to make some ornaments for people this year and I think that these little things are similar to something I would like to make.

I use something called fused beads to make the pieces. You can buy them under the name Perler beads or Hama beads and they are plastic beads that melt under a hot iron process. Real easy. Try ebay or Kool Stuff for Kids.

I get all my sprites from various websites like The Spriter's Resource or Videogamesprites.net
